本研究方向面向全球复杂变局背景下的国家重大管理需求,运用系统科学思想和复杂系统分析范式赋能管理研究,着力突破复杂管理系统科学范式转移的理论瓶颈,解决数智时代中国管理现实问题,建立健全中国复杂管理系统自主知识和话语体系。主要研究领域包括:复杂管理系统的结构特征与基本性质、演化与涌现机理、知识与信息融合技术、建模分析与仿真推演方法、适应性调控与综合集成决策平台,及其在金融与平台经济、制造与建造、城市资源协同治理等复杂系统中的应用。
We focus on the major management needs of China in the context of unprecedented global changes by utilizing systems science and complex systems paradigms to empower research in management. We aim to overcome the theoretical bottleneck of complex systems paradigms shift, address the pressing management challenges faced by China in the era of digital intelligence, and eventually establish China's autonomous knowledge and discourse systems in complex management systems. The specific research areas include: structural characteristics and fundamental properties, evolutionary and emergence mechanisms, integration techniques for knowledge and information, modeling and simulation methods, adaptive regulation and meta-synthetic decision-making platforms of complex management systems, as well as their applications in complex systems consisting of finance and platform economy, manufacturing and construction, and collaborative governance of urban resources.
